I’ve had this treadmill for a year now and still working perfectly. I use it mainly for speed walking on the second floor of our townhome. It can be used for running because the speed goes that high but stability wise, I’d be worried if the treadmill could take my weight (175 lbs) and the whole floor shakes enough as it is. The phone attachment it came with works okay but I bought a different one off Amazon so I can rotate my phone securely and have it at eye level. I also bought a water bottle holder from Amazon and it all works beautifully together! Also the treadmill is light but not light enough to roll around and put away and take out from hiding on a daily basis. The little wheels are not the greatest so they could scratch your hard floor if you do that too often so it just permanently sit next to my work desk for now.
